Our packages are shipped from our partners and manufacturers in Ukraine.

We deliver to an address with UPS, DPD, DHL delivery companies.

All orders from the USA or Canada are shipped within Standard Shipping (FREE) 5-7 business days. 

All orders from Europe and the rest world are shipped within Standard Shipping (FREE) 5-7 business days. 

The shipping timeline above doesn’t include the processing time of 1-4 business days.

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-4 business days. But usually we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which not includes weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days. Also we want you to know that sending or preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes. And each has its own term.

Shipping times are approximate and depends on where your country is located, your postal office, and custom practices.

We address your item exactly how you provide it. Once the product reaches the country of destination, your local postal office will distribute the item for delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to contact your local postal office for any issues that might arise after our product reaches the destination country.

Your order might be shipped in multiple shipments for us to optimize shipping and delivery times.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Canvas4Walls to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Canvas4Walls may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

Returned packages that is not the fault of the sender can be resent at the expense of the customer. Refunds for returned packages that is not the fault of the sender will be issued in full less the expense of the shipping costs incurred by the sender.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PAYMENTS

For your shopping convenience, we accept all major debit and credit cards from customers around the world. The prices are in US Dollars. If we agree upon a refund, you will receive it within 1-3 business days.
